Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn or unused
  • with tags
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMERS)

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email at:

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards
  • personalised or custom-made items
  • items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened (where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.


FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item is:

  • faulty
  • damaged
  • not as described
  • or incorrect

contact us immediately at contact@thatssogorge.com.

You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of:

  • receiving the returned goods, or
  • receiving evidence that the goods have been returned
